It depends what you mean by spiritual. That word has been used as a “catch-all” for all kinds of ideas. If you believe it’s somewhere or someone you need to get to or become, then no. But if you mean it’s being able to fully meet what’s directly in your immediate experience from moment to moment, then yes.
