Before I could hold space for others, I had to learn how to hold it for myself.
I was a seeker myself. Driven, accomplished, and quietly unraveling. I built a successful recruiting business in the fast-paced world of tech, only to wake up one day with no energy left for the life I had created. At the same time, I was caring for a family member with special needs. The weight of doing it all eventually broke me open.
What followed wasn’t a reinvention, it was an unlearning. I let go of the version of success that had left me exhausted and began listening for what was true beneath the noise. Through deep personal inquiry, years of fatigue, and guidance from wise teachers and healers, I came home to a quieter kind of aliveness. One rooted in honesty, not hustle.
I now live in the desert, closer to the land and to myself, and I offer sessions for those who are tired of seeking and ready to return to what’s already here. My work isn’t about fixing you, it’s about gently seeing what’s been true all along.
